The workspace's appearance

Under Appearance you change how the workspace looks for everyone. Changes apply on each person’s next connection.

Name: the company name shown at the top left.
Logo: the image that replaces Nouter’s logo; if you don’t upload one, Nouter’s is shown.
Banner: a short text with its color, at the very top.
Top-bar notice: a text centered in the navigation bar. It supports Markdown, so you can include links. Empty, it shows nothing.

Under Formats are the output formats the workspace offers as templates for the documents and presentations the agent creates.
