Each thing shows in one place only: people in Members and money in Spend.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”- The seats: how many members there are, how many on Standard and on Premium, and the pending invites.
- Activity: the members active in the period (those who chatted, asked the agent, accepted code or created something; signing in, opening a workspace or an agent running on its own don’t count), what share of everyone they are and the ones active in the last week, with a chart per day.
- How often members use Nouter: how many are power users (15 days or more out of the last 28), regular (6 to 14), occasional (1 to 5) and inactive.
Members
Section titled “Members”A single table with each person: their plan and how much of it they used this month (and the day they ran out), active days, last activity, chats, outputs and the credits they spent with their top model. The columns sort and there’s a search box.
Premium would cover this marks whoever ran out of Standard and whose usage would fit in Premium: moving them can cost less than paying for credits. In the row menu, Move to Premium changes their plan, as in Members.
Export CSV downloads usage per person, day and model, in credits, for this month, last month or the last 90 days.
- Credits spent, per active member and per chat, with a chart per day.
- Spent by the top 20%: whether spend is spread out or a few concentrate it.
- Spend by model (with its share) and spend by use: chat, agents, web search, titles and dictation.
- Who ran out of their plan this month, by plan (with all its members, also those who didn’t use it) and with the average day. It’s always the current month, whatever range you chose.
- Spend by member and model: each person with their total and a column per model.
Chat, Workspaces, Outputs, Connectors and Agents
Section titled “Chat, Workspaces, Outputs, Connectors and Agents”One section per part of Nouter, with its numbers against the period before and who uses it the most:
- Workspaces and Outputs count everything there is, by the day it was created, including what came before Nouter started measuring. Workspaces also says how many have an output (the rest are chats where nothing was made), and Outputs is split by format (document, spreadsheet, app…). They’re updated hourly: the page says as of when.
- Connectors shows the accounts connected today (Google, Slack…): how many, who and of which tools. It’s a snapshot of today, so it has no range.
- Agents shows each agent with its workspace’s name, whose it is, how many requests it made and what it spent.
- Chat counts the conversations each person started with the agent, on the day they started (continuing an older one doesn’t count again), and the model requests in those chats.
Each person’s limits and credits are handled in Usage and credits.
